・振込手数料等の決済手数料

3. 商品の返品・キャンセルポリシー
当社のOEM商品は完全受注生産のため、正式なご発注後（製造開始後）および決済完了後のお客様都合によるキャンセル、返品、返金は原則としてお受けできかねます。
万が一、納品物に仕様との明らかな相違等の問題がございましたら、商品到着後速やかにご連絡ください。状況を確認の上、個別に対応を協議させていただきます。
4. 知的財産権（提供素材）について
お客様からご提供いただくロゴ、商標、デザイン、アートワーク等の素材につきましては、第三者の著作権、商標権、意匠権等の知的財産権を一切侵害していないことをお客様自身が保証するものとします。
万が一、提供された素材に起因して第三者との間でクレーム、紛争、損害賠償請求等が発生した場合、当社は一切の責任を負わず、お客様の責任と費用負担において解決していただきます。また、第三者の権利侵害の疑いがあると当社が判断した場合は、ご発注後であっても製造をお断りする権利を有します。
5. 納期および配送スケジュールについて
事前にお知らせする納期および配送スケジュールはあくまで目安となります。
材料・部品の調達状況、輸送会社の遅延、通関手続き、天災地変などの不可抗力、その他当社の合理的な管理を超える事由により、予定納期が変動する場合がございます。これらの遅延に起因してお客様に生じた損害（機会損失などを含む）について、当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承のうえ、余裕を持ったスケジュールでのご発注をお願いいたします。
